  • Allied Professional = any non-physician professional such as a nurse practitioner, physician assistant, registered nurse, clinic staff, etc.

  • Resident physician = currently enrolled in a family medicine residency program

  • Medical student = currently enrolled in a medical school

Cancellation/Refund/No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be received by office@mafp.org in writing by August 2, 2026, to receive a refund of the registration fee minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations received after that date.

The MAFP may take photographs and/or record audio and video at this event. By attending, you consent to the use of photographs, audio and video recordings of you by the MAFP and its designees in MAFP communications and promotions, or for any other lawful purpose.
